Bastard is a minor character in New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT. She makes her first appearance at the very end of "Heaven Wars Episode 3 - Revenge of the Bitch".
It is unknown what her relation to Junior or Stocking is, but she resides at the Cemetery Hills Church with them in the far future.
Personality[]
She seems to be generally disinterested and apathetic towards everything around her, answering in a deadpan tone.
Appearance[]
She has green eyes, red skin with hair that is a combination of blue and purple, but it is cut in two parts and with three visible ridges, and wears a midriff baring tube-top and a black jacket.
She also has a navel piercing and wears high heels.[1][2]

- "Bastard" refers to a child born to parents who were not married to each other; an illegitimate child.
- She shares her English voice actor with Scanty (from the second season onwards), with both being voiced by Cat Protano.
