"Being Chuck Maldehole" (マルデチャックの穴, Marudechakku no Ana, lit. Maldechuck's Hole) is the twenty-fourth episode of New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT and the fifty-second overall episode of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. It first aired on September 17, 2025.
Synopsis[]
Brief falls into a deep hole and tries to escape with the help of Chuck.
Plot[]
While watching TV, a zoom-in on Chuck's pupils teleports the viewer to Daten City, where a woman is selling "Anarchy Crotchless Panties" to a crowd. Brief, wanting to gift one to Panty, quickly runs to get the last pair, but falls down a hole.

Inside the cave, Brief fears that he lost the last pair of crotchless panties. He then encounters Chuck, who leads him into a small pathway within the walls.
As they try to find the exit, however, they are met with several obstacles in the tunnels, including octopuses, lava, zombies, and being eaten by a giant worm, all of which they manage to survive and escape.
After being expelled from the worm's rectum, Brief and Chuck begin to feel hungry and dig through the garbage bags. Brief finds a vibrator and a banana, but before he could eat the banana, Chuck instantly chomped it.
Upon seeing Chuck groan and shudder, Brief assumes that he is frustrated at him and leaves to find his own exit. He quickly apologizes, only to find Chuck in a pool of his own diarrhea. Later that night, Brief and Chuck gaze at the crystals in the cave's roof before falling asleep.

The next day, they find another tunnel full of their escapades from previous episodes. Brief finds the exact moment when he falls down the hole. Chuck explains that he can use it to return to that moment, but doing so will erase his memories of their adventure in the cave.
Brief refuses to go, not wanting to forget their treasured memories, and reaches out his arms to give Chuck a hug. Chuck, however, bit a rat that was on Brief's shoulder and kicked him into the past.
Returning to the moment before he fell down the hole, Brief pauses before walking around the hole and joining the crowd. Chuck emerges from the hole and watches on as the camera pans into his pupil once more.
