The monster became the hero, while the former heroine of horror fell from grace and became a monster herself. Or perhaps it was us, the horror fans, who propelled her descent into madness. Who exactly came up with the theory that the blonde bitch is always the first to go? Who's the real monster in all of this? |

Bitch Serial Killer!" (ビッチ連続殺人!, Bitchi Renzoku Satsujin!) is the twelfth episode of New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT and the fortieth overall episode of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. It premiered on August 6, 2025.
Synopsis[]
A series of murders are happening in Daten City. The victims are sexy blonde promiscuous girls, on hands of a Murderer Ghost, and the next one in the spotlight is Panty.
Plot[]
The Murderer Ghost in the process of murdering a blonde woman.
The episode starts with a girl (who resembles Panty) having sex with a man when his wife arrives at their apartment. The girl quickly flees, but is stalked by a shadowed figure wearing an overcoat. She engages in a discussion with the cheated wife before turning back, only to be brutally murdered by the killer.
In Daten City, Brief panics when he sees a news about a serial killer that has made their fourth victim, noticing that their victim are all blonde promiscuous women. Panty, offended by the comment, says that she won't be taken down so easily. Brief explains that what is happening is similar to B-tier horror movies, where the blonde girls are always killed first.
At that moment, several police vehicles, led by Detective Dario, approach Panty to offer her protection due to the numerous murders that are occurring with women similar to her in Daten City. She initially rejects the offer, but accepts when she realizes how attractive the police officers are. In the safe house, an old renovated boarding school, Panty meets several other women similar to her having sex with the policemen. One elderly woman in particular catches her eye, and Panty jokes with her. Brief, who had been tracking Panty through a GPS device installed on her cell phone, sneaks into the safe house disguised as a blonde to ensure her safety. He is quickly distracted by a ghost whispering "bitch", allowing Panty to ride the elevator to her room with one of the police officers.
Brief's "death".
That same night, the killer claims another victim by throwing a girl into a washing machine full of blades, so that the blades tear the girl apart as the machine spins. At the same time, Panty is having sex with the police officer while Brief masturbates in the next room listening to her. They both reach orgasm, but something falls into Panty's mouth, and when she looks up, she notices several maggots crawling on the ceiling while Brief is attacked and, seemingly, killed by the ghost.
Panty climbs to the ceiling to investigate and finds a rotting corpse covered in maggots. The ghost, taking advantage of Panty's distraction and the police officer's uncontrollable vomiting, tries to attack her, but runs away when Panty rips off his right hand with Backlace.
The dead girl's body in the washing machine and Brief are found by the officers and taken for forensic examination. Panty informs the officers that the culprit is a ghost, but upon examining Brief's supposed corpse, she is covered in fake blood that he spat on her. She realizes that the blood is just syrup, and that Brief is still alive, but the other girl was actually murdered.
The officers find the killer's knife, noticing it's a prop. Brief realizes that the ghost was just role-playing and that the real killer is still out there, noticing the ghost's similarities to the killer of a B-tier horror movie called Bitch Serial Killer (revealing that the episode's opening scene was just a scene from the movie), and as they analyze the scene, they notice a small ghost wearing clothes similar to the killer in the film, and also a similarity between the actress in the scene and the old lady Panty met earlier.
The old actress explaining why she became a murderer.
The lady, now revealed to be the killer, physically abuses the ghost, humiliating him for using props instead of actually murdering his victims, also revealing herself to be his mother. She tries to force the ghost to murder another victim with an axe, but is caught and exposed by the police. Brief reveals that he found her location because he had left his cell phone with the ghost, allowing the GPS to locate his device (which upsets Panty).
The old lady, taking the girl hostage, reveals that she has hated B-movies ever since she acted once in one as the blonde victim who dies first, because of which, her career never take off. Her hatred for this kind of movie made her give birth to the Murderer Ghost. She begins to mock the ghost, but Brief defends him.
When asked why she became a serial killer and targeted blonde girls, she explains that she got tired of being the girl who dies first and that she would become the killer in the story and that killers always start with blonde girls. The ghost finally rises, and the old lady, mocking him one last time, is split in half with the axe. The ghost, now free of his mother, returns the phone to Brief with a sticker from the movie, peacefully disappearing.
Brief begins to monologue about who is truly to blame for the madness that befell the old actress, while the police officers are stunned and disgusted by the scene and the surviving victim screams as she is covered in the blood and guts of the killer.
