Casino City is a city located near Daten City. It first appears in "Independence Dick".

Not much is known about Casino City, other than it is heavily situated with casinos, hence its name.
Garterbelt has always had dreams about traveling to Casino City to spend just one night at a casino strip club, but his dreams were prevented by Panty and Stocking. After he, Brief, and Chuck became fed up with the four girls' constant commands, they decide to fulfill Garterbelt's dream, but not before encountering Polyester and Polyurethane, who also intended to travel to the city on their day off. During the trip to the city, the three boys gradually bond with the angel brothers.
Once they all make it to the city, Garterbelt is losing a game of roulette when a kaiju ghost, formed from the broke losers of the city, destroys a casino and ravages the city. Just as it is about to kill Brief, Chuck, and Garterbelt, Panty punches Brief with such force that he is knocked into the kaiju, who falls over. Panty and Scanty begin to argue over the former's scattered pubes in the church and quickly shoot at the ghost, though they fail at killing it because of Polyester and Polyurethane.
