Corset (コルセット, Korusetto) was the mayor of Daten City, the former boss of the Daemon Sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks, and a supporting character who made his debut in "Les Diaboliques".
Corset was the main antagonist of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series prior to his death.
Appearance[]

His first form is that of a demon with light purple skin, red eyes, bony features and a conical hairstyle. His second form was a gray blob after spawning from Brief's penis.
When appearing in public, he appears with more flesh, blue-skinned, and slicks his hair back while retaining his demonic features. The population of Daten City seems largely unaware that the mayor is a demon, despite his suspicious appearance.
Personality[]
Corset was prim and cruel with a fetish for bondage. He wears buckles on most of his body, mouth stretching hooks, and his namesake, a corset placed tightly on himself which causes him to constantly scratch his back.
He appears to find pleasure in a nearly infinite amount of pain and pressure, moaning and pleading for more as he is crushed under Judgement's heel in "Bitch Girls: 2 Bitch".
Much like Garterbelt, Corset often finds himself unsatisfied with the poor performance of his employees, Scanty and Kneesocks, especially when he finds them slacking off and wasting money.
He is significantly more proactive in punishing his subordinates than Garterbelt is, though. His favorite method of punishing Scanty and Kneesocks is to dump them into a toilet, an ordeal the high-class demons find particularly cruel.
He seeks to obtain Hell's Monkey, a mystical key that has the power to unlock Hell's Gate, in order to unleash The Other Gods. All this is a part of his goal to take over Heaven and Earth.
Although, he is still a comedic villain, Corset is easily one of the darkest antagonists on the show, a fact which is amplified by the fact he first shows himself while Stocking is gone to Heaven and Panty is depowered, which allows him to exact his cruelties and put his evil plan into motion almost unopposed.
Background[]
Corset's debut appearance was in the subdued final scene of "Les Diaboliques", during which he sent his assistants Scanty and Kneesocks down two toilets for failing to kill Panty and Stocking.
Beginning in "D.C. Confidential", Corset takes Scanty and Kneesocks' place as the overarching antagonist of the series, as it is revealed that he assigned them to research the identity of the Hell's Monkey blood descendant in order to open Hell's gate. At the end of the episode, he discovered via footage from "Inner Brief" that Brief is the Hell's Monkey descendant.
In "Panty + Brief", Corset arranges a marriage between his supposed daughter, Scanty, and Brief, though the marriage goes awry after Brief refused to marry Scanty and instead wanted to marry Panty. After Panty becomes revirginized, Corset emerges from the shadows of the shed that she and Brief were staying at and transforms Brief's penis into a key; he then taunts Panty while Scanty and Kneesocks escort Brief to Corset's office.
In "Bitch Girls", Corset is in the process of placing Brief's penis into a keyhole to open the gate of Hell when Panty disrupts him and sex with Brief. Corset initially mocks Panty, but freaks out upon realizing that Brief successfully ejaculated inside Panty.
Corset's villainy comes to a head in the first season finale "Bitch Girls: 2 Bitch", where he finally opens the gate of Hell after Brief falls into the keyhole and summons the Other Gods, one of the most powerful ghosts.
After, he duels with his arch-rival Garterbelt and crushes his heart, resulting in Garterbelt's (temporary) death. He again focuses his efforts on using the Other Gods to begin a demonic takeover of Heaven and Earth. Panty and Stocking make it to the top of the Other Gods and are about to shoot him with the Ultimate Weapon; however, they accidentally shoot the sky. causing Judgement to descend from Heaven and crush Corset, seemingly killing him.
As it turned out, Corset had survived, although he shrunk significantly in size, and announced his plans to open Hell's gate in Oten City with the help of Stocking, who had murdered Panty and stated that she was a demon.
Corset ran over by See Through, at the end of "Panty and Stocking: Homecoming".
In "Panty and Stocking: Homecoming", Corset reveals that he had brainwashed Stocking into thinking that she was a demon. During their travel to Oten City, Corset uses one too many micro-Corsets to brainwash Stocking, causing her to transform into a massive ghost named the Super-Sized Bitch.
Corset improvises and stays in Daten City to open Hell's gate, but his plan backfires after Stocking swats him and the micro-Corsets to the ground. Realizing that his plan is now hopeless, Corset helps Garterbelt, Brief, Scanty, and Kneesocks in bringing Panty's vagina back into place.
Despite them all being burnt to a crisp by Panty's vagina, they all survived. Corset decided to go back to Hell to devise a new plan before being run over by See Through, evidently killing him for good.

Natural Abilities[]
- Transformation - In battle, Corset can tighten his belts and corset to the point of expanding his muscles, transforming into a massive, muscular form. The transformation also causes his gums to become neon blue, hanging open due to the lack of his usual mouth stretching hooks.
Skillset[]
- Weapon-handling - In this state, seen in "Bitch Girls: 2 Bitch", Corset can release variable-length straps from his arms and transform the Daemon Sisters into weapons for his own use by strapping them to his arms - Scanty becomes a huge gun with explosive ammunition, while Kneesocks turns into a massive blade. The colors of those weapons are black and gold, indicating that they are similar to the ones the Sisters themselves fight with. He also merges with the Other Gods, but the benefits of this are unknown.
Unique Abilities[]
- Telekinesis - in "Panty + Brief", it was revealed Corset has telekinetic abilities, as he was able to lift Brief without touching him directly.
- Self-duplication - After being squashed by the Anarchy sisters' mother, Corset was presumed dead, however, he was somehow able to survive by hiding himself inside Brief's penis. This caused his overall form to become blob-like.

- "Corset" refers to a fitted garment extending from below the chest to the hips, worn to support a weak or injured back.
- When Corset appeared in "D.C Confidential", his eyes were colored blue instead of the usual red.
- Corset's pre-transformation design wasn't created until August 2010, only three months prior to his debut appearance.
