Crazy Crazy Cabbie is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He was ghost #37, and the main antagonist in "Death Race 2010".

Crazy Crazy Cabbie was formerly a taxi driver, whose human need for speed made him miss a corner and run straight off a cliff, becoming a rather prosaic evil spirit. He then became a ghost that ran wild 'for the hell of it'.

His lust for speed was not altered upon turning into a ghost. Crazy Crazy Cabbie managed to merge himself with 3 different vehicles, in an attempt to fuel this rush. Eventually, he took control of a train, and achieved his ultimate goal of reaching the speed of light. He even went as far as thanking Panty, after she shot him on the face, because it made him reach his climax. Crazy Crazy Cabbie was worth 3 Heaven Coins. He is voiced by Brandon Potter in English.

In the FUNimation dub, he is renamed "The Fast And Not So Furious" which is a referance to The Fast and the Furious franchise.
