D.C. Polizei Akademie is a boarding school turned safe house that first appears in "Bitch Serial Killer!".

The location was originally a boarding school for upcoming members of Daten City's police unit, before being renovated into a safe house, where all the blondes of the city (including Panty) stayed at until the police could capture the serial killer who had been murdering blonde women. While there, Panty joked around with an old blonde woman and had sex with a police officer.
Meanwhile, a blonde woman was killed by the Murderer Ghost in the washing machines filled with box cutter blades. He then murdered Brief and nearly claimed Panty as his next victim before she shot at him and scared him off.
The next morning, Brief woke up and realized that the guts on his dress were just props. He eventually connected the dots and realized that the killer has something to do with a B-tier horror movie called Bitch Serial Killer. From there, they discovered that the real killer is actually Mob Bitch NPC.
