DTV (likely an abbreviation of Daten Television) is a news station in Daten City.
In "Death Race 2010", Panty watched the channel after having sex with an old man in the Immoral Motel and found out that Stocking was chasing Crazy Crazzy Gabby. Later in the episode, Panty fell onto the DTV helicopter, which had been broadcasting the chase live. She then demanded the reporters bring the helicopter down in order for her to reach the Ghost. As she talked to them, the cameraman filmed her private parts. After Crazy Crazzy Gabby exploded and died, the train crashed into the helicopter. At the very end of the episode, it is revealed that Mr. Carter had awarded Mr. Bombon and his crew for filming Panty panty-less.
