Dmitri Fullchinkov is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He is a Ghost who appears in the Cherry Corrida drama tracks from the soundtrack album, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt THE WORST ALBUM.
Background[]
Dmitri is a Russian who worked as a cameraman for porno films. However, he became very jealous and upset while watching "unsightly" penises have sex, since he had never had sex. His jealousy and hatred caused him to cut off his own penis, turning him into a Ghost. As a Ghost, he cut off every man's penis and sold them as frankfurters.
In the drama tracks, everyone freaks out after finding out that all men's penises suddenly disappeared; everyone except Stocking, who was too busy eating frankfurters to care about the situation. After receiving a note, Garterbelt figured out that the cause of the disappearing penises is Dmitri. He then arrived at the church, and Panty and Stocking threatened to kill him before he ran away and transformed into his true form, revealing that his penis size was the size of a 20-story building.
As Panty walked towards him, he explained why he removed everyone's penises and declared that his penis was the biggest. However, Panty stated that he didn't know what he was talking about, since she has had lots of penises inside her. Stocking then arrived and cut Dmitri, causing him to try to renounce his opinions on penises, but Panty ignored him and killed him.
