Background[]
After finishing her performance of "The Cursing Song" at a theater, Panty discovers that her singing voice was courtesy of Loser Hat, the ghost of a singer who had dreams of making it to Broadway. As his soul was about to ascend to Heaven, he instead decides to stay upon hearing the cheers in the audience. Panty and Loser Hat, who is transformed into a human, perform the song, while Stocking, Scanty, Kneesocks, and Brief dress in penis and vagina costumes while singing the background vocals.
The song inspires everyone in the audience to have sex with one another. Garterbelt is moved to tears by the duo's song, but fears that they may be motivating too much sex and calls the Heavenly Compliance Committee. The tip of Panty's tongue is chopped off once more and Loser Hat's soul finally rises to Heaven.
