Heaven's Border (天国の境界, Tengoku no kyōkai) is an inter-realm border separating Heaven and Earth. It first appears in "Heaven Wars Episode One - The Family Menace".

During Panty and Stocking's trip to Heaven, they and the other church roommates are stopped by an attendant at the border. Panty tries to use her relation to Linière to enter Heaven, to no avail.
Polyester and Polyurethane show up and grant the Anarchy Sidters and any heavenly affiliates access into Heaven. While Panty and Stocking permit Garterbelt, Scanty, and Kneesocks to enter, Panty denies Brief entry and calls him "just a Geek Boy," leaving him to sulk at the border.
He later overhears the guards talking about Linière's scandal and yells in shock. After the guards see Brief, he tries to run off, only to fall down to Earth.
