Masculimus Surprise is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He was the leader of an unnamed faction of cybernetic lifeforms, and an antagonist in "Trans-homers".
Masculimus and his team had been engaged in war with Femitron's forces since Creation. Their war eventually brought him to Daten City, where Panty ate Masculimus' Guimauve, absorbing his powers. After being convinced by Brief that fighting was pointless, he and Femitron joined forces and together transformed into a ghost in order to destroy planet Earth instead.
In the English dub, he is renamed Cocktimus Prime and voiced by John Gremillion.
