Mr. Bombon is a minor character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He is a newscaster who first appeared in the episode, "Death Race 2010".
Appearance[]
Mr. Bombon has very pale skin and a large, white afro. He is commonly seen wearing a white suit with a blue shirt and a red tie.

Background[]
In "Death Race 2010", Mr. Bombon filmed Panty and Stocking's chase with Crazy Crazzy Gabby. He is shown to be a pervert, as he openly ogled at Panty when she was panty-less. Later in the episode, he and his news members were all crushed by the remains of Crazy Crazzy Gabby. At the hospital, he received an award from Mr. Carter for the 'daring' footage.
Mr. Bombon becomes much more prominent in the second season. In "Panty and Stocking: Homecoming", Mr. Bombon filmed Stocking destroying the city. He also filmed the rest of the characters reviving Panty. However, he, along with Garterbelt, Scanty, Kneesocks, and Corset, were burned by a piece of Panty's vagina, though they all survived.
In "Bitch Perfect", he filmed the scene of the Flex-Kong Ghost grabbing Brief on top of the Datenpire State Building live on national television. When Stocking realizes this, she and the other three girls orgasm one final time, causing the ghost to explode.
In "Shoot for Yesterday!", Mr. Bombon reports the people in Daten City being transformed into mutants by a mind-controlled farmer. After Panty shoots a bullet which travels back in time and kills the monolith ghost before it can reach Earth, Mr. Bombon instead reports about the farmer and one of his cows.
He also filmed Panty and Stocking's fight with Santa Claws in the Manga Strip chapter, "It's a Wonderful Lay". The battle caused Mr. Bombon's helicopter to crash, but he survived and continued filming the aftermath.
Trivia[]
- Mr. Bombon's voice in the English dub of season one has a speech impediment, similar to that of Elmer Fudd. However, in the second season, his impediment is removed.
- A running gag involving Mr. Bombon is him miraculously surviving every time he suffers a helicopter accident.
