Mr. Bombon is a minor character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He was the journalist who videotaped Panty and Stocking's chase with Crazy Crazzy Gabby in "Death Race 2010".
Mr. Bombon is voiced by Shin-ichiro Miki in the Japanese dub and Eric Vale in the English dub.[1]
Background[]
Mr. Bombon has a large white afro and is somewhat of a pervert, openly ogling at Panty when she was panty-less. Later in the episode, he received an award from Mr. Carter for the 'daring' footage.
He also filmed Panty and Stocking's fight with Santa Claws in the Manga Strip chapter, "It's a Wonderful Lay". The battle caused Mr. Bombon's helicopter to crash, but he survived and continued filming the aftermath.
