The New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT Neverending Streaming is a series of weekly Twitch livestreams hosted by staff members Hiroyuki Imaishi and Hiromi Wakabayashi as they stream from Trigger's studio and reveal behind-the-scenes information on the Series.

These streams would focus on the episode aired the week prior. Unfortunately, the streams are immediately privated as soon as they end, making archival difficult.

Trivia

• The series of Livestreams is named after the 1984 fantasy film The NeverEnding Story.
• The following were revealed in the Never Say Neverending Streaming Storytelling offline event that occurred on November 02, 2025:
  • The Poly Brothers initially were designed with swapped eye colors, with Polyester having light blue irises, and Polyurethane with red. Additionally, Ramie was also supposed to have red eyes as his default eye color.
    • Some of the notes of the brothers' designs point out that Polyester is drawn with his eye and eyebrow hidden behind his bangs, while Polyurethane's are both visible/see through regardless if his bangs are covering them or not.
    • The brothers were also initially planned to be given weapon-power ups as well.
      • The cop outfits they have during their transformations initially had tight boot-cut pants, including an open-crotch area; Additionally, their collars were initially neckties before being turned into chain accessories, and the rough draft for their halos were similarly designed to the ones from Blue Archive.
        • The golden brooch accessories attached to their cop hats is an emblem representing Ramie's faction.
        • Part of the inspiration of their design was from K-pop idols.
      • Both their weapons were designed to be much larger, and that Polyurethane was supposed to have blades on his hands, as well.
        • Polyurethane was also initially supposed to have rockets coming out of his knees as his weapon of choice, while Polyester's was originally a machine gun or a gatling gun, and that Ramie's pistol is revealed to be a Thompson Contender.
    • One of Polyester's initial designs had him with white rectangular ear piercings.
      • Polyester was also initially to have his bangs parted in the middle.
    • One of Polyurethane's initial designs reveal that he has dyed black hair.
      • Additionally, one of his scrapped designs have him wear lipstick.
    • The brothers were designed with the facial structures of Panty and Stocking in mind, such as their upturned and downturned eyes respectively.
      • They also noted how only those with a direct relation to the royal throne have the lightning bolt-shaped hair highlight/theme (Linière, Ramie, Panty and Junior).
  • Linière has a lion motif representing tradition while Ramie has a bird motif representing innovation. For Ramie specifically, his was more owl-like.
    • Ramie's design was inspired by Sephiroth.
  • They originally planned on introducing the Seven Heavenly Virtues.
  • They reveal that the original reason Panty and Stocking were sent to Earth to hunt ghosts as punishment was because Panty was caught having sex with her ex-boyfriend on their parents' bed while Stocking turned a blind eye to it.
  • Gunsmith Bitch being neither human, angel, or demon is bought up again, but this time, it's hinted that she is something of an alien.
  • Physical-wise, the Anarchy Sisters are confirmed to be teenagers, adding this from a previous Neverending Streaming comment, also puts the Daemon Sisters and Poly Brothers around their/Brief's age.
  • Heaven and Hell have been locked in a million-year war up until recently, which has been turned into a proxy war for both demons and angels to exterminate ghosts instead.
  • Based on the character popularity polls conducted by the event's official survey, the fan favorites are ranked as the following: Stocking as first place, Panty as second, Polyurethane as third, Polyester as fourth, Kneesocks as fifth, Scanty as sixth, Brief as seventh, Chuck as eighth, Ramie as ninth, and Garterbelt as tenth.
  • Based on the season two episodes' popularity polls conducted by the event's official survey, the fan favorites are ranked as the following: "The Brothers from Heaven" as first place, "Heaven Wars Episode 3 - Revenge of the Bitch" as second, Panty and Stocking: Homecoming" as third, "Fa Fa F*ck" as fourth, and "Not 2 Home Alone" as fifth.
