Nishi is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He is Terao's superior and co-worker, as well as an antagonist in "Vomiting Point".
Background[]
Even though he seems younger than Terao, he has a higher position at their workplace. He is often telling Terao to improve and make more sales, in order to keep his job. On Mika's birthday, he and all of the other co-workers went to a bar to celebrate her birthday. He ordered Terao to stay at the bar, despite it being his daughter's birthday, and told him to drink a whole tower of beer. After doing so, Terao passed out and vomited heavily.
Nishi likes to hook up with women, drink alcohol, and gamble. He hates Terao because he doesn't do any of those things.

- From the way Nishi interacts with Mika, it may be implied that he is attracted to her.
- In the credits of the English dub of episode 5, Nishi's name is listed as Chief Nishi.
