Oscar Café is a restaurant in Daten City that first appears in "Raiders of the Nasal Dark".

The restaurant is an outdoor café with chairs and tables. At each table, there is also a green sign that reads "Café".
Background[]
In "Raiders of the Nasal Dark", Panty and Stocking sat at the café, where Panty told Stocking that nose-picking had become a new trend throughout Daten City.
Stocking, however, was disgusted by it and instead marveled at the Sparkling Queen Nougat, which Panty believed was actually a booger.
Brief then arrived because his PKE Meter had detected Ghost activity, but an annoyed Panty punched him until her booger flew from her hand and in the direction of Stocking. She then blew the booger into Oscar H. Genius' nostril, causing him to sneeze repeatedly.
Afterward, he introduced himself to the Anarchy Sisters and invited them to his party on a blimp, which they accepted.
