The PKE Meter is a back-mounted sensor array which measures psychokinetic energy (PKE). It is able to detect ghosts, as well as shoot smokescreens. Brief owns one of these. The PKE Meter was first featured in "The Turmoil of the Beehive". He uses this later on in "Panty + Brief" to save Panty from Scanty and Kneesocks.
