Appearance[]
The building can be entered through two doors at the front. Above the doors, there is a sign which reads "Paper Plant Inc." in all caps. The exterior of the building is notably shaped like a penis and testicles.
Background[]
The building was raided by the Cowpers as a form of revenge for manufacturing the tissue paper that took their brethren away. However, their raid was short-lived as Panty and Stocking quickly defeated them, causing the entire building to explode in the process.
