Patrick Fagry (パトリック・ファグリィ Patorikku Faguryi) is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He was an ill-mannered ghost, whom Stocking fell in love with. In the English dub, he is renamed to Flat U. Lance.
Personality[]
He was generally a very unpleasant person. He was rude to Stocking, farted in public, and used foul language. Upon being transformed into a ghost, he was fated to be unloved, and therefore, his appearance was really disgusting. However, after Stocking fell in love with him and he loved her back, he was purified. He was worth one Heaven Coin and after his disappearance, a dung-shaped constellation appeared above Daten City.
Even though he was a ghost, he didn't seem to find fun in wreaking havoc like all the other ghosts previously defeated by the Anarchy sisters. Instead, he behaved quite peacefully overall, only going as far as hitting on girls on the street.
