Phantom Ghost is an invisible Ghost and one of the main "antagonists" in the third strip of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt in Manga Strip series, "Hole Guys: We're the Dancing Hole Brothers". Phantom Ghost is ghost #33, and according to Scanty, it can not be seen or touched. The Ghost itself does not really exist and was actually made up by Scanty after she realized that she and Kneesocks only went to prom to have fun.
