The plumber is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He first appeared in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity".
He was tackled and shot down by Panty, who believed him to be the ghost behind the toilet incidents. Upon looking at him closer, Panty thought he was attractive, and later proceeded to have sex with him in a motel.
In the Japanese dub, the plumber is voiced by Tatsuya Kuramochi. In the English dub, the plumber is voiced by Todd Haberkorn.
