Porno Vender is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. It is a ghost and the main antagonist in the manga chapter, "Men's Lamentation".
After the Internet became a popular place to find porn, Porno Vender was abandoned. Out of revenge, it stole porn from all of the citizens in Daten City. However, it was quickly defeated by Panty and Stocking.
