Randy Reindeer is a character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. He is ghost #36 and a main antagonist of the Manga Strip chapter, "It's a Wonderful Lay".

Background[]
Randy Reindeer was created after he died, although it's unknown how he died because Panty interrupted Santa Claws' introduction of himself and Randy. When he was shot at by Panty, he only grew stronger, but he and Santa were soon defeated by her and Stocking.
Trivia[]
- Randy shares the same number as Giant Brown.
- Due to his red nose and similar name, it is implied that he is the ghost of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
