The Daten City Samurai Dojo is a martial arts studio that is located within Daten City. It is the main setting of the episode "Project S: The Worst Ever Dojo".

In "Project S: The Worst Ever Dojo", Stocking and Scanty are sent to the dojo as students, while working undercover to find and kill the ghost. They find a man named Manda teaching the class how to catch flies with chopsticks, and after Stocking chops a fly in two with her katanas, he takes her and Scanty to the backyard of the dojo to wash his dog.
It is a long and tedious task for the girls, but they are finally finished, only to find out that Manda had left them behind. They enter a secret room in the dojo, where they find Manda and ask why he left so soon. After Stocking smacked his head off his body, it is revealed that his body was fake the whole time.
He was discovered by the girls when the dog pooped on the wall and ripped it open, unveiling his hiding spot and his true identity, Nin Djarin. Stocking and Scanty failed to kill the ghost several times and began arguing over who was doing worse at killing the ghost.
However, the two reconciled after Stocking told her how she had been mistreated by Panty, and began working together to successfully kill the Ghost.
