"The Sex From Another World" (遊星からの物体SEX, Yūsei Kara no Buttai Sekkusu) is the twenty-second episode of New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT and the fiftieth overall episode of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. It first aired on September 10, 2025.
Synopsis[]
Garterbelt tries to save the world from a mysterious and lustful alien.
Plot[]
In a dark and empty room, Garterbelt asks the viewer if they truly know who their friends and acquaintances are. He introduces the South Pole and shifts the viewer's attention to the main episode.

In the year 20XX, a meteorite crashes at the National Science Institute Station. Several scientists inspect the meteorite and are more than pleased to discover a nude Panty, whom they promptly have sex with. During intercourse, Panty, who is an alien girl, sucks the souls out of the scientists, killing them all, and impassively walks through the now-desolate station. Brief manages to decapitate Panty, but her head forms eight legs and bites his penis.
Brief is transported to a hospital, where he is treated by Stocking, the stunning scientist. However, after Brief sits up and kisses Stocking, the head of Panty emerges from Brief's mouth and into Stocking's.
As a result, Stocking was possessed by Panty and became lustful. While having sex with several soldiers, Stocking sucks their souls and kills them all. Colonel Garter uses his shotgun to fire at Stocking; however, Stocking immediately recovers and shoots Garterbelt with his own gun. Garterbelt, clinging onto life, has no choice but to transfer his soul into Brief's deceased body.

Garterbelt finds a car key and drives back to Daten City with See Through. He finds an alien at the church which he claims uses men's seeds to reproduce and take over the world, and tries using a flamethrower to harm it. This ultimately fails and the alien bites Garterbelt's penis off.
Once more in a weakened state, Garterbelt transfers his soul from Brief's body to Chuck's body, which becomes very muscular. He then turns See Through into a space weapon and carries on his battle with the alien. The battle goes in Garterbelt's favor until his punch into the alien's Black Vagina Hole causes his bone to break.
In one last attempt to harm the alien, Garterbelt is sucked into its vagina, but not before he grabs the alien's head and stuffs it into the vagina as well, causing all the universe to get sucked in.
Back in the empty room, Garterbelt speaks of the Black Vagina Hole before he is turned into paper and crumpled into the vagina of a toy replica of the alien. The toy turns on and vibrates.

- Brief defends himself from the alien Panty in order to protect his virginity. However, he had already lost his virginity to Panty in "Bitch Girls".
- This episode reveals that Panty and Stocking have pubic hair, even though Panty claimed her crotch was bare in "Independence Dick", although this was likely to be a lie from the start anyway.
- This is the first time Stocking has been seen completely naked.

- The episode's title and the title card is a parody of its 1982 remake The Thing and its Japanese title (遊星からの物体X, Yūsei Kara no Buttai Ekkusu, lit. The X-Thing From Another World).
- Garterbelt's narration at the start and end is a reference to the 1969 anthology series Night Gallery.
- The general premise seems to be a reference to the 1985 British science fiction horror film Lifeforce.
- The fight between GarterChuck and Alien Queen Stocking is a parody of the Ripley vs. the Xenomorph Queen fight from Alien.
