"Theme of New PANTY & STOCKING" is an electronic pop-rap song by TeddyLoid and ☆Taku Takahashi, which serves as the opening theme of New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT. It features Japanese rappers Ashley and E.V.P and was released as a single on July 17, 2025.
The CD single, which was released on August 6, 2025[1], also includes extended and instrumental versions of the opening theme, along with the ending theme, titled "Reckless," its instrumental, and a song titled "Angels and Demons".
The theme was introduced in the second episode of New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT.

Panty and Stocking aren't the only familiar names returning this summer! As the racy 2010 series returns with a whole raft of familiar cast and crew, some familiar musical performers will also be returning—and you can enjoy their tunes on a new single this August!
The opening and ending theme song single for New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT drops August 6, featuring three brand-new tracks. ☆Taku Takahashi (m-flo), previously announced to be returning as the show's music producer, collabs with returning EDM unit TeddyLoid for opening song "Theme of New Panty & Stocking." Ashley and multilingual rapper E.V.P. will feature on the track.
In addition to the show's ending theme song (which will be revealed at a later date), we can look forward to TeddyLoid's brand new track, "Angels and Demons." This third track is described as a mashup of "Fly Away" and "Theme for Scanty & Kneesocks," which both featured in the previous series.
The single will also include a long version of the opening theme, as well as instrumentals of the opening and ending.[2]
